To clear all of the confusion. The email was sent to my spam folder. Which I don't check on a daily basis. Hotmail is notorious for sending stuff to the spam folder I was told. If anyone doesn't hear back from us within a day or so. PM me on here or give me a call. I would never intentionally ignore someone's email.

Hotmail has to be the worst for sending emails to the junk mail folder. Try gmail, it has some pretty good filters.

I don't even want the rod just giving my opinion if I want it I buy it I'm not going to wait around for it if they don't respond in 2-3 days max I would go somewhears else

Problem solved and they have handled it in a very profasionial way as far as I am concerned. I will be purchasing one of there rods if not more. Thanks for the input guys and for those that helped thanks again
