Ray, I saw alot of yaks over on the Elmer's side. There was really nothing biting. Guides were running halfway to Venice for reds.

a builder friend of mine has a place that he built ive never been but im sure it is great quality because he is one of the most anal builders i know . he was trying to get me to buy it a few months back ill call him in the morning and then call you n give you his number. the other place i was talking about was 120k but i cant find the dudes number ill look around for it i was gonna lease his place for a few months but we didnt
