Do like me and invest in 4wd tractor with a belly mower, front end loader with 3 pt and rear PTO. Talk about a nice, multiuse, diesel toy plus its perfect in the garden! At 2000lbs(its a 22HP New Holland) and wide tires vs the narrow ag tires it doesn't rut the yard just leaves the muddy tire lines in the grass, but I had to mow so my yard could dry out.

Just let it grow till it gets high enough to mow, rake and bale.

I've been looking at those. John Deere makes a pretty cool one. Which one do you have?

I actually just sold my Kubota B26 it was 4wd and never got stuck with the R4's. But it weighed just a tad over 4k lbs. There is absolutely no comparison on the speed that I can cut with this 60" deck on the ZTR that I was cutting with the rear finish mower.

With the 60" belly mower it can mow wide open in low gear, which out runs my mother in laws husquvarna mower easily. It has power steering so it makes tight turns easily. IMO it mows much faster and better than a finish mower, but being a compactor tractor it is a pain to work on. I bought it used, its a 2006, and I paid 4500 for it with 150 hrs. I have all the original paper work on it and per the receipt the original owner paid 10k for 4wd tractor, 1500$ for belly mower, and 4k for the front end loader. I was in the market for a ztr when i found this jewel, it paid for itself when i used it to develop my driveway. I had 2800 in dirt, culvert, and rock plus the tractors 4500. Got a quote to have someone do it for me and the price was close to 8k. By the way i have a new holland TZ22DA.Attachment 37677
