For those with the EcoBoost, if you have checked, what kind of mileage are you getting while pulling a camper or bay boat?

I have too she has; the money, the kids, and the keys to the castle, unfair world I know but what you gonna do....I was driving by the other day and saw you outside messing with boat, was gonna swing around and stop by but I had to hurry and pick up the rug rats from the day care...

I get 10 pulling my toyhauler loaded running between 65 & 70

I have the ecoboost, 4X4, 6 1/2' bed, 3.73 gears. the truck is a beast for a 1/2 ton. If you keep your foot off the floor it is also great on fuel. The heavyest load I have pulled is arround 8,500lbs. It pulled it with no proble at 65-75mph, no wind drag it was a very low load , even got 14mpg. Pulling my fema camper, with the wife and kids things, seams like everything they own, I get arround 10mpg, but it pulls it real good, can still spin tires. I do not have the max tow package, I did not like the side mirrors that it came with. I have 19,000 miles and have not had any complaints yet.

Has anyone broke 100,000 miles yet on their ECO...... curious how they will do in long run.

I average around 14mpg's pulling my 22' triton.

Buy now. Ford's looking at changing to aluminum body parts and an even smaller engine for the F150 to boost gas mileage. Wonder what will happen to towing capacity? Hope they wait til 2014 for this change.

I just bought the 2012 4x4 with ecoboost and i love it. 3.73 locking diff. and it gets 20 mpg pulls great.

Well lets see if i made the right choice, I just purchased the 2012 FX4 3.5L Ecoboost with 20" rims and it has 3.73 Electronic lock RR Axle:) Thanks for all the advice.
