I just found some from 07 in my freezer looked good not freezer burnt will give it a try.

It was as good as the day I killed it......Done knocked it down

Pfffhtt!!!!! No way in hell it would last that long at my house. 3 boys 15 18 & 20, & a wife that likes to cook it! 5 deer from last season GONE!:work:

my boss gave me some from his freezer monday, and I ate it monday! I don't see how you can keep something as good as deer in a freezer for 3 or 4 years!

W eats mostly fish, assuming from limits before 9am and fishing 4 times a week. When does he have time to eat anything else?

When somebody gives me some deer meat, cause i don't hunt it. My wife takes that and chicken frys it with some homemade mashed potatoes and cream gravy. Also makes some homemade rolls man talk about good.

Sounds like my clan. 3 deer and 5 hogs last year, and I'm runnin low already

We used to have plenty of venison when we lived in the midwest and the family killed a dozen or more deer each year. I mean we ate venison 6 or 7 nights a week. It was awesome. You have me wishing I had found some backstrap in the freezer.

Did a strap on the pit last night. Had some grilled asparagus and grilled zuchini with it. Damn goooood
