You could buy it for half that probably.

Yep....duck hunters are crazy

Lol, I am still a little short... Spending our life savings on the 60 day duck season would not be a big hit at home.

How many members do we have? We be able to all get a 1/4 acre? At the right price of course...

When blinds in pine island are going for $5500 a year. That's when you know it has gotten out of control.

I know someone that paid $8,500 for one in pine island. I was dumb enough to pay 6 just south of him, won't happen again.

$8,500/16 days of teal season=$531 a day. Don't even count big duck. That's of course if we're talkin rice. In the woods is a different story!

My buddy pays a guide $150 a hunt up around Whiteville. Do that math, and whiteville is always flushed with ducks...

That's 30 days in a blind for $4,500, Killin Ducks! He don't have no upkeep, no money to spend on decoys, no guilt or stress when he absolutely cant make it, Nattin!

What other areas in Southwest lousiana is land leased out other than Pecan Island or Grand Chenier? that is the only areas i have really heard of that marsh land is leased out for duck hunting. Im seriously looking to get into a lease somewhere in that area next season and will pay top dollar for it. How hard do you guys think it will be for me to find something like that in these areas and how much am i going to be paying? thanks guys and god bless and if anyone has any information on any land over than way pleas email me at curveball257@gmail.com

Last year in pine island was pretty good due to the fact a lot of peeps in SW LA could not pump due to saltwater. For example a guy I know who hunt in pine island is not really killing much this year vs last year.....he is in the same blind....same everything..also he is not leasing from reggie but his lease is around several spots that reggie has. I almost leased from him but I qas able to get my lease in kaplan back which now it seems I was glad I made that decision.

Rice field hunt during the 2nd split has to do with weather fronts...
