Keep in mind these cow shares are grass finished beef which differs from normal grass fed. The way my program works they need to gain 2 lbs a day for 6-8 weeks, on grass, before we slaughter. That generally puts them ready at the beginning of November then we usually hang them for 14 days. We will start weighing them in the beginning of September every two weeks

We normally sell out way before we slaughter so we ask for a $200 deposit per quarter to reserve your share. It is first come first serve

OK. Thanks. I'm going to show the boss and see what she wants to do. We bought from a family member last time and had a bad experience. Don't care for a repeat of that so I am looking elsewhere this time.
