I'm confused, I'm not a cop. But obviously that is excessive force unless the guy is still able to fight them and get the best of them with the cuffs on

Honest mistake. I thought you were an officer. I just wanted the protocol. Sorry for the confusion.

Talk about over policing. They STAY on the south end of the city. Their presence is noticeably less in the north side. Guess they'd rather write seat belt tickets, speeding tickets, and being in a turning lane for too long.

Welcome to the police state!!

yea and when they aren't in south LC, they drive right through north LC (only looking straight cuz they may see an actual crime go down) and sit in Moss Bluff and catch people speeding as they cross the calcasieu river lol

Worked with a guy that got fired from a pd for tazing a cuffed person. Got hired with another department later and Is now doing 5 for shooting a guy in the back and killing him. Shows the mentality of someone that tazes a cuffed person. If it would have been any of us we would be doing 25 to life but he was a cop so he only got 5.

I'll put into perspective with one simple short story

Me and my wife drove to maryland (straight through if it matters), 20 hours and 1400 or so miles ... we saw 4 cops while driving from moss bluff to Lacassine, and saw 1 from lacassine to Maryland

thats ridiculous

Job at the varsity and with the Marine Corps is the only answer I can think of.

All he can do is just take the lick.
