Boneless shrimp stuffed chicken from Hebert's last night.

Ever since the Hebert's opened up right by my house on Amabassador extension I think we have tried everything they have!

Cooked a big pot of spicy chili yesterday. Roasted 2 butternut squash in the oven last night. Going to make squash n ham soup tonight.

Butternut squash are great. We grew a boatload of them year before last and loved them. Last year we didnt do so well. Had a late hard frost and it killed most of our plants and the ones that survived didnt do much. Gona give it hell this year.

Rouses has a pack Bell Peppers on Managers Special 7 for $2.08.

Richards Dressing Mix
1# ground beef
Onions
Celery
Garlic

Cook that down and mix it with 2 cups of rice (raw)

Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for an hour
