That's actually some mexican squellers mixed with muscovy that was mixed with green wing teal. Look at the beak, you can tell by the way the lips are worn down that they pecking on oyster shells.

Only Muscovys peck
Only Green Wink teal have lips
Only Mexican Squellers mess with oysters

I would bet that they are tame since they are together. Seems unlikely that two birds from the same clutch would still be together from hatching.
