If you're talking about Chicot in Ville Platte you'll have a hard time getting there. 167 is closed between I-49 and Ville Platte. And I believe hwy 29 is too.

Yeah, 29 was closed yesterday between Bunkie and Cottonport when I came back from hunting. Had a curfew in effect and all that jazz. Where there's a will there's a way. :-)
