Couple of questions, how long is the CCL license good for, and do you have to re-certify?
Where can a person get tactical training in our area, and what is the cost?

The standard is for 5 years but a lifetime is now available. I don't think you have to recertify but not sure. For training you could start by calling Acadiana outfitters in new Iberia and ask how to get in touch with Ed Jefferies. There is also a small gun shop in Maurice, not sure of the name but it tacticle something or something tacticle. It's on the main hwy.

My wife enjoys shooting but when she was new to it she hated recoil but now she knows how to handle a weapon and control recoil. She carries a Khar chambered in .45acp. Its all about trigger time.

Thats a very good point. Im going to keep pushing her to come shoot with me as often as possible. I really think once she starts shooting often, she'll start having fun with it and want to go more. Maybe when we go I'll shoot bad on purpose and let her out shoot me so she keeps coming back!

I'm actually selling my glock and sig 22 to pay for this purchase. I just don't use either really and what I do use them for, this lil gem will be a much better substitute in place of both of those. Can't wait to get my ccl and get on the range...not necessarily in that order
