Is the one youre looking for torpedo shaped? I have had one for a few years that is white and about a foot long, made out of a hard 'FRP" type of handle. Not PVC or plastic. Wish I could find another like it. The R&R flippers I posted a few comments up are the best I've found to replace it with, but still not quite as good.
