I got a good lead just now on who it is. And it makes sense. No one that was mentioned before. Hints- He's a smartass, fishes vbay, is a sc veteran, and has been involved in some of the most epic sc threads of all time. Oh and he's a wildlife biologist.

Nope I think he does work for the state. He doesn't do creel surveys though.
