I get mine worked by the same guy that built my race props, in Wisconsin.
And Tiny Tach's quality has dropped drastically. Check E-Bay for an adjustable analog tach.

There are a few good prop men around here. They are basically fishing prop guys. Not their fault, that's where their money is. If you want to squeeze that last 2 or 3 mph out of a rig, it takes a different type of propeller man.
