As stated earlier and it appears to be a point the point can't understand there is no breed of dog that does not or will not bite. Capp had to put down his Collie because of it. No dogs life is worth a person as long as the dog is in the wrong. If the dog is defending their home against an intruder it changes things. If my dog does not want you at my house that means I do not want you here. At that point my dog becomes more important than you. I use "you' as a general term. Not directed at anyone

It's as documented as how many murders happen with an AR 15. You get fed what makes headlines. Period. If your duck dog bit a neighborhood kid no one would bat an eye. You would apologize to your neighbor pay any medical bill that was caused and next weekend y'all would bbq together. If you had a pit and the same thing happened the cops will shoot your dog and your neighbor will sue you. Just because of your dog having a certain name. I defend no dog that attacks a person with out cause. If my dog comes on your property and does anything to make you feel unsafe then shoot it. If you come to my place without invite you just have to deal with my dogs. If you feel unsafe then leave. If you're on my property you voluntarely placed yourself below my dogs.

I completely agree. Shoot the puppies then get rid of them. Don't throw them out alive. It's too cold for that.

Perhaps you're the bias one. Hell my cur bit one of my dogs. I shot that bastard in the head. I'm not bias. I'll kill any of them. Very few pitbulls ever bite but you see it plastered all over the place. My point (which you obviously missed) was that you will never hear a story about a lab biting someone on your evening news. Give the exact same situation but make it a pit and not a lab and the whole neighborhood is outraged. If you're honest you can't say i'm wrong.

A nip? When was that word ever used? Any dog that bites is a bad deal. Same with any person. Shoot them in the head and move on with life. If my dog attacks a person I will shoot it.

If my dog is on my property and is harmed by somone without cause then your answer is yes. If you were not invited onto my property then you can claim no defense against my dog. If you are supposed to be there and my dog does anything it is dead. Period. No dog should harm anyone unless it is defending itself. As the original point if it's a 4 year old child the dog has no claim to defense. Pit bull or chiuhuaha matters not. The only difference the big dog requires a bullet and the small one just needs to be swung by the back legs and slam his head against something hard.

I'm not worried about other peoples dogs just mine. Mine are well behaved and under control. I can't control bad pet owners. I make sure my dogs are taken care of and friendly. They know and love every person that is allowed at my house. Their biggest threat is trying to lick your ear off.
