Just got a bunch of new goodies to install on my boat so i will be doing that saturday. Depending on the wind i might make a run to rockefeller to hit some reds in the deep lake canals.

hey dude we should get us a bass trip together. Last year we waxed them at millers lake. I'd be willing to take you man. I know you have that patience and confidence for that one big bite. Last year we caught a few 6s and one 10lber with plenty of 3-5lb fish.

I fished that lake hard last year and all i caught was 1-2 pounders.

gotta hit it right and know where they are bro.. i fished two tournament last year and had 20+ bags each time

then my cuz caught a 10lber inbetween tournies

I fished there one time and didnt catch any bass but the one that hit my top water was huge........only saw him on the first jump he made. If i had to guess on weight i would say about 6-7 pounds.

let me know i'm down for bass anytime

i may hog hunt this weekend too

i believe it man.. they have some NICE fish in there.. As long as ppl practice catch and release that place should remain one the best bass spots in my area. Just pray they don't ever stock it with florida strain bass. I think they just mess up lakes man. I heard that back in the day before they stocked chicot with florida strain bass, that if you didn't have at least one fish over 8lbs in a tournament, you could forget about placing. They said like every tournament there would be 10lbers being caught. Now its almost all florida strain fish and they are more finicky that sacalait!! Once you figure them out you can catch a few but don't expect to catch more than 10 or so fish. Best day i've ever had was 17 fish by myself. All on topwater

i'd be down.. but i'd rather wait until a little after the spawn.. Hopefully the fishing will be a little faster and we can get some topwater action. I've never been there before

you can hammer the fish on buzzbaits at night over the grass over there, the spawn is just a little easier...

dude, for real, i live maybe 5 minutes from four of my boss's ponds.they have bass n bream.perfect fer the younguns.whoever thinks that fishin in a personal pond is easy,come try these out. i realise that it ups ya odds when its a personal pond, but ya gotta know how ta fish em.ya gots my number , holla .itll start gettin good in the next month
