I've thought about those Ray for the same reason you use them. Do you have a problem with animals setting it off.

No animal issues yet. But I live in town. We don't have many domestic animals. Lots of squirrels.

I have a few moving targets uh... stray cats that are dumped that are around from time to time. I have seen a few deer in my front yard also but I think they would be a little to far from where I would set the unit. Maybe I could put it toward the tree line during certain times of the year. Those pesky pear eaters...

Even with the big monitored alarm system, my wife feels a lot better with the motion alarms.

You would be surprised...I'm bigger than the guy you saw in line and normally the only people who mess with me are little guys. You know the type who think dynamite comes in small packages. Just like wtretrievers I am on the roads a lot for work, and at all times of the night. You never know who's got a chip on their shoulder or who's high as a kite.

I'm glad to hear the homeowner isn't being dragged through the ringer, good for him. Thankfully I live somewhat in the country surrounded by family and we haven't had a burglary in about 20 years, but they happen all around us.
