Good to see someone is doing something w/ that place again. I really hated not being able to top off at the pump in the mornings when i was running late, not catching an evening sunset w/ a cold brewski after a long day of fishing. Be nice to have some live tunes and summer launch parties once again! Man i miss home...

what's the chances of a small dock on the northwest corner of that point, to tie up to without being in the way of the people loading/unloading.

wouldn't have to be anything fancy.

that is definitely in the 1 year plan. we would prolly go with a floating dock in order to avoid permitting and the like.

but they don't give those things away!!!!
