Flooring looks awesome.

jlsch1 11-05-2011 07:11 PM

Looks really nice.
Makes huge difference running your own framing and finish crews.
Love best one years ago a builder who was my customer had some jacklegs do his slab work and they didn't put the anchor bolts in. Don't ask what simpson fasteners cost to fix that problem. Laughed my tail off almost as bad as Dr Horton.

BTW, since Mike isn't here any longer, I have been told that the deal is done on this house. It is sold! Regardless of how anyone here feels about him, he is a great builder! Ya oughta see his products! I'll try to get some finished pics when they are available to post on his behalf.

I met Poxy and Lucas for lunch on Saturday and then headed over to check out his handy work on the house. All I can say is WOW - absolutely amazing work. I only wish I lived in LA to take advantage of his skills. For those in the BR area looking for a new home, or just remodeling work, definitely give him a look.

PUREBAY2200 11-29-2011 11:39 PM

X2. I've walked that house a few times from when mike first formed it to about 1 month ago. It's amazing!!
I've seen a few of his other masterpieces and he is definitely on the short list of premier builders in the BR area!!
Plus he's an honest guy , doesnt take short cuts, does it the right way every time, stays ontop of his crew & will do whatever is needed to please his customers.

Its hard to find people you can trust to do good work and do it right... we have several people in the Lake Charles area that do houses but I would not trust many, looks like he has put allot into that house and done quality work

southern151 11-30-2011 02:31 PM

I'm hoping to roll out of the shop here pretty quick and get up there to see what he has going on with it. I know he closes Monday so, I gotta beat the new owners to it! I'll post pics if I get the chance to go.

Just had 10 LED 3D tv's installed for the owner today along with a $20,000.00 upgraded security system that can accessed by iPhone or iPad to view cameras, arm/disarm alarm , climate control ect..... The "outdoor kitchen" is now being designed but has turned into a heated/cooled outdoor kitchen with a flat roof/ balcony that can be accessed from the 1st and second story of the existing home! This thing is gonna be a beast!

What is the square footage of that piece of zinc? Guessing around 18 to 20 sqft. If so, that would put that piece of zinc in the $8,000 to $9,000 range.

you are correct , just over 7500.00 for the bar top ! they also had 50,000.00 in rugs delivered today and 40,000.00 in window coverings last week!

MossLake 04-25-2012 07:12 AM

fishinpox 04-25-2012 07:22 AM
