Looks like the motor is mounted all the way down? That could be part of the problem not getting enough rpm's. Prop shaft needs to be inside the tunnel when trimmed level,not below it. Really sweet boat man.

Here is a pic of one with the engine mounted all the way up. To me it still looks a little low but you would have to run a hyd jackplate to go any higher.You can try different props till your blue in the face but you won't get the right performance if the motor is too low. Very important on a tunnel hull. |
