The person that thought of it should be the person to start it up.

Just set up a tournament for each month with a points system, that way if people can't make every tournament, they can make up points by doing well in the tournaments they can make. At the end of the year the points leader gets something big from the money collected over the year from the tournaments.

I guess you nominated yourself.....all those in favor say I.....
