The spot I'm hunting Wednesday is a blind in the middle of the pond, so we will be surrounded by decoys as well. I'm hoping the large spread helps.

Gonna get back after them thursday morning for a quick hunt. Weather shows it to be 48 thursday morning should have some new birds to shoot at.

2nd time to scratch on the river this season was this morning. Seen maybe 20 birds. Wouldn't commit to the pond.

It was nice. We've been covered up with teal, Wood Ducks, and Mallards on the river. Its nice when I can make hunts like this with buds before school. 5 minutes from he house, and not driving to guam.

P.s. before any ComputerChair Game wardens jump on me, we had 4 people hunting that day.

I'm sure there was a time for public comment... But that doesn't really mean too much. On the positive side our second split is dec 10- jan 29 though
