OK, 98% complete. 1650 xpress with mercury 40/60. Hydro Turf throughout. Topped out today at 49mph but will get better with weight distribution and motor height adjustments left to do.

Not a beauty queen or a race boat, but gets me out in the water. 06 Clearwater 21' Baystar with a Yamaha F150. Fixing to replace the harmonic balancer on that motor before it comes apart. It's got the "whine".

1984 Duracraft with a 2004 Tohatsu 25...28 MPH just me.

Figured I'd share some newer pics of my boat, I still have a few things left to install to "finish" it but its just about there now.

I love it to death...boat is 1648 v hull and with the prop I'm using I hit 30 solo with a slight chop on the water, gps'd 28 last weekend with 2 people and gear ice fish...my boat isn't that light with floor etc so I'd say its hitting a pretty good speed for a 25 long shaft (heavy). I get about 8-10 mpg, motor is 2012 I've had no issues
