Man i can't wait to get back after them grey ducks next week is gonna be torture for me. I have to work the saturday of the opener and it's gonna kill me to have to be at work while everyone else makes them drink marsh water.

not the refuge the pasture right behind us. There was some many grey ducks in that pasture the guy who hunts in the southeast corner when he left i bet 5,000 grey ducks got up. They've been doing this on every hunt at a certain time they start coming out of there and dive bombing our marsh.

no doubt! Going to the marsh sunday to frehsen up the blind can't wait to see what this front pushed down.

They should be thick. I still don't think we've even come close to that major push of birds though.

me neither a guy i work with told me yesterday that his buddy was up in nebraska deer hunting and the ducks, snow geese and specks were thick as hell up there.

I believe it...this front should help to push em south, just need some consistent weather to keep em coming. But this is south Louisiana, the weather is never consistent.
