Any word? Thinking of getting a couple rods but not untill i hear that this is resolved.

Go through a dealer and let them handle the issues if you do happen to have one. These guys are growing and are in the stage between being overwhelmed an hiring service personnel, a dealer has a much better relationship with the company and can fight the fight for you.

thanks
I had a issue with a deuce rod. I talked to Anthony about it. I meet him at heberts and he took care of it. I will buy again with them. I want to also shout out to deuce rods for giving away rods as door prizes for the southwest junior bass club. a student od mine won it he was so pumped. he had to bring it to school to me. great job

not true at all for acadiana outfitters and rail side both say that they wish they would have a better relation ship with the company seeing how close they are to the stores |
I feel for Duce and hope they can work through any issues they may be having. As a rod builder, I would have to think long and hard about "ramping up" due to warranty reasons. Have heard of way too many instances of people breaking rods due to their own fault (rolling over them, stepping on them, hitting them, etc.) and then expecting a new rod out of the situation. Shimano must be making their rods for $20 a piece to cover their returns...
Not implying this is the case here, but just saying. Best of luck to the Deuce team as they grow as they are some good, LOCAL, guys. |
