That's some hard

choices there....

Ate some Chilean Sea Bass recently that melted in my mouth like butter. YF tuna is very good and more like a steak than fish....wahoo, red snapper, grouper, halibut, salmon, flounder(especially stuffed with crabmeat), trout, redfish, sac-a-lait, bass,...arrrrrrgggghhhhhh!!!!! They all have a bit different flavor and texture, and I'm glad we're not confined to just one kind of fish!!

Wahoo/Ling are my favorite.

I cant pick just one. After I eat wahoo I say that it is my favorite.
Then I eat some ling and I decide that is the best eating fish.

I wish I had the big bucks to go tuna, wahoo, or grouper fishing! I've never tried them fresh

Bluegill and crappie are quite tasty, but it is tough to beat a walleye sandwich.

I've only had flounder once, and that was at Red Lobster, but I thought it was really tasty.
