That looks bigger than a house cat to me. Just saying. Anyway I have seen both a black cat and a couger. That is not what I saw, and I really don't care who believes or not. I saw a black cat in Caldwell and a couger in Jefferson Davis.

I find it laughable that the last sentence in that paragraph states.
"In fact, scientists have concluded that Louisiana does not have a breeding population of cougars in any color." That is BS
