My dad never had it done and he just had surgery today to remove tumor and reattach his colon. He never got checked out before and found out the hard way. He has been in the hospital for almost 3 months back and forth and now been a straight 2 months. It's nothing to mess around with. He got down to 110 lbs with radiation and chemo. Get checked out as you are more of a man doing so than not. Good luck.

Just got done drinkin' some awful-tastin' crap for an abdominal Cat Scan tomorrow mornin'. This stuff tastes like a cross between Pepto Bismol and kerosene. My wife said it makes ya glow in the dark. :eek:

I was having some issues this morning, they rushed me in and made me drink that stuff, wait an hour drink another jug and sent me in for an abdominal cat scan.....

I had to drink two bottles two hours apart.

Yes, everything was OK.....just had so many issues earlier this year they don't wait and see with me they rush me in quickly. I had 12 inches or so of my colon removed and the bottom line is......Salty will love this....I was just full of ****....told me to eat more fiber, I eat a salad everyday, do the metamucil stuff everyday also but it just does not seem to be enough.

I know it sounds disgusting but when it finally starts to move through my intestines it is very painful, they just wanted to make sure nothing had come apart from the reconnetion....
