im sure forensic evidence (blood splatter, angle of entry wounds, gun powder residue, etc) have suggested otherwise. he would have powder on his hands if he did indeed grab the gun by the barrel. It would also be all over his body.
sounds like the only other possible scenario is that he had the "outlaw" IN the vehicle with him.. which seems highly doubtful at this point |
