I agree with W, gulp is not a trout bait. Now on reds they will make your day but there still not the best. The best is what the fish want that given day. Also how you work your bait is more important than what bait you use.

I never said it Was the best trout bait , I said it had been working on the trout. I agree that it is what bait they want on that day ,and how its presented.
This is just a good clean challenge for fun an a little fuel between friends . |

question.... is it gonna be pick a bait and stick with it or are all baits optional....
example: You throw oh lets say pearl swim mullet and can only use that or is all gulp applicable??? and vice versa for the plastics

No matter how u fish a gulp I will out fish it with a sparkle beetle
You don't want me to put a beetle under a clip on cork....that will not be fare....just ask anyone who fishes with me in Dec -Feb....
BTW me and trey did not hook up this hitch....I had lots going on

Ask me (or Comeaux) what the Hatten Hurtem will do to someone throwing a clip on cork. :p
Had an issue with my wire (sent the wrong size), but first batch of corks will be ready next week. |
Miach....we were fishing birds... I can't run troll motor and fish a pop n cork.....but I did out fish you again and you had a 7 -1 start
