we have a few new drillships coming to the gulf they are crewing up. Deepwater is the best money on the drilling side, F a jack-up. Think our roustabouts start in the 60's with no experience and lots of opportunities to move up quick if you got a good head on your shoulders. Mechanical side would start out at motorman, think those are mid to upper 70's
