Why do you bushhog your levees? We do not even walk on them so we do not mess up the grass on them.

MarshRat89 09-11-2013 10:31 AM

Gotta love that! If we hunted past 30min it was bc we were looking for cripples. Them rice fields spoil a man! ;)

True but the grass does not grow back by duck season....for teal season we never get into the blind...we just stand in the grass on the levee

huntin fool 09-11-2013 05:01 PM

If I burn my island.., will it make the illusion to all be part of the water?? My water is black. Then maybe I can wear my Banded Brands black hoodie and Beanie

"W" 09-11-2013 05:11 PM

When I unload 3 shells into a flock of green wings it makes makes a illusion like a Indian head band of feathers

Y'all must be one of those types that can't learn anymore bout duck hunting. If the shoe fits wear it. You ever seen ducks raise up over tree lines and tall brush and never seem to come back down? If you lazy of course it'll never work cuz you ain't never gonna try it. Why you brush a Blind? To give em an illusion that you aren't where you are? So that means illusions never work... Ok.

I seen't it. Flock of GWT were flyin 103mph when they hit the brakes over the illusion of one big field.

I'm just tryin to learn new stuff man. I just started duck hunting last year when I started watching duck dynasty. I'm glad I learned something. I've been doing it wrong! So what you're saying is I should mow my levees down and have a big glob where my blind is? Sounds like that'll fool em. Thanks!!
