cooked these for a party last night. Poppers stuffed with crawfish cornbread. They wiped them out and wanted some more. Had about 40 like these and some 25 stuffed chicken with Boudain/cream cheese/onion/4 Mexican cheese and chipped jalapeno. Smoked for about 45 minutes and put in hot oven to crisp up the bacon.
