We were 30 miles out of SW pass yesterday and I saw at least 200 ducks out there.

streeters was thick with ducks about 2-3 weeks ago.

Last week we were full of ducks in our marsh

Seen a bunch in a rice field the other day. It seems to me that we are starting to get more and more blue wings that stay down here.

yeah alot of them do stay here year round and nest

they paired up.... at dark they jump up as im going back to the dock. pretty gets me pumped up everytime one jumps up

I saw a bunch of blue wings walking around in a dry field the other day by dugas landing. I'm assuming they're nesting in there.

you ought to see the ducks i saw at my lease in gc last sunday crabing. It was full of teal even seen some grey ducks and pool doo. It was unreal to see the number of ducks back there.

My wife even says i'm ate up with the duck fever bad!! I'll take watching a greyduck crumble to the water or a specklebelly working to the call over catching a 10 pound bass/trout anyday.

I was at Toledo this past weekend and the wood ducks and mallards were everywhere...i would stop fishing to act like i was shooting with my fishing pole:D
