The police report has been filed with both insurance companies. My daughter's insurance (Progressive) and the other dude's insurance (Geico) both said that, "looking at this report"......the guy should have been issued a citation.

Just sayin'.

My daughter went to pick up her rental from Enterprise and they gave her a "Smart Car". :eek: Have y'all seen these things? She said, "You ain't got somethin' else?" :rolleyes: They gave her a Ford Focus.

They claim they're "safe", but, I wouldn't/couldn't ride in that thing. Can't even hear the motor runnin'. :eek:

if report is correct and officer puts other guy at fault and other guy admits fault you are golden..citatation doesn t matter...not admissable in court anyway..if report puts your girl at fault or guy lies..you may have a prob..get wittnesses and statements if possible..now!

cop has all power now.. strickly legally speaking .ticket is not relevant to issue of liabilty and fault....facts of case must be proved
