Don't know if this was said or not. Didn't feel like reading 5 pages.
Tell him if he does, which was can't stop him if he wants to, he needs to buy a good condom. If he thinks breaking a mirror is 7 years bad luck, just think how many years a broken condom is.

I know its a different day and time now, but I would have gotten the arse kickin of my life! I was no angel, but I sure knew I'd be in deep shat if I screwed up.

CajunSaint 08-17-2011 04:41 PM

Hope none of your boys try to have sex with my 13 yr old daughter, cause if I were it catch him...he'd find himself way out somewhere and ahard time getting back. Better talk to to 'em, cause all I'd tell him is "com'on boy lets go fishing"....

Flatfishfreak 08-18-2011 04:17 AM

Plan yourself a father and son day out on the water in the woods or in the blind and have the talk with him.Don't make it embarassing for him just let him know that is a natural thing at his age to start having these feelings and urges and that you to have been there and done that.Tell him that when the time comes to put a helmet on his soldier and allways treat the ladies with the utmost respect.Remember you are his DAD and at 11yrs old that makes you Superman in his eyes.Give good sound advice and all will be ok in the end.Nothing beats the relationship between a Father and son when your boy knows he can come to you with his problems.

haha good point. I give you guys props for raising kids man. Don't have any of my own, and I am nervous to have to raise one. I can't fathom the challenges a parent has to go through and then for the kid to come out as a classy individual. Scary.....

In our day they didn't send us to jail for rape because she changed her mind after the fact..

in saying that, i hear my pops used to be a lil wild arse.(motorcycle riding, long hair don't care, and dude had a baby blue tux with bell bottoms and his shirt unbuttoned to his belly button for his wedding pics)lol... :*****:

now, he'l like an old pappy, by the book, law abiding, church going, god fearing kind of guy...and as im getting older,i see myself transitioning into him, scary!!!!

Give him the facts of life about "HAVING FUN", you did it, just think how you would have wanted your pops to have "THE TALK" and give him the real deal, show him pics of what he can catch, receive, give, child, et.....Thats what a dad does, you teach him the best way you know how or how you were taught...You are a teacher to him...If he decides down the road to do worse..well thats his decision, you did your best at fathering/teaching him...good luck bro.

rainy_day 08-19-2011 04:12 AM

He's had it now there's nothing in the world that can take It's place...(if they only knew we would all be in a bind..). Make sure he knows the financial consequence. Of having a child. That you will help with your grandchid's needs until he can afford to take care of his own child
Then he gets a bill for your cost and services he make a loan and pays you...

weedeater 08-19-2011 05:34 AM

Man it was cut and dry with my parents, if I was caught screwin, smokin or drinkin then I was old enuff to make it on my own and my butt was gonna find a job and make my own living and top of the fact that I knew the beating I would have gotten. What happened to kids playin out side and hunting and fishing and all that kid stuff, I know they say sex edis good for them but I have my douts because I think it teaches them more then they need to know and makes them want to try things.

They were also expectdd to married at that age and ready to take on wife, mother, and what ever other duties came with all of that. They were expected to be adults then. They could raise a family better at that age than most adult parents can in their 20s and 30s today.

evidrine 08-19-2011 09:46 AM

Not to mention that the responsibillity was theirs. Mommy and Daddy wasnt going to raise the child for them, or the Government wasnt going to give them a check to make things easier. They were responsible.
