I'll probably fire up my smoker before we head down there and, do a couple of pork loins and/or ribs. Good finger foods for the mid-day snack.

No thank you, last time i got into a shine jar we sat around the fire until we realized the sun was coming up. Had to break camp and drive home from Tallahassee Fl. at 10 am. LONG ride w/ a bad head.:pissed:

I got a couple a pork butts in the freezer if you want to do those an we can just do PP sammies.
Ev1 can just heat it in microwave whenever they want a sammie.
