Jackson Bienville

Well, we made the trip up. I sit in the camper listening to the rain. Started raining about 1000 yesterday and hasn't stopped since.

Found some good sign, sat it yesterday morning and son saw a hog but couldn't get a shot. Hopefully the rain will quit by tomorrow.

On a side note, I see Toledo has come up an inch or 2.

BORED

Jordan 12-05-2011 09:22 AM

Jude, you could be at work.

Get you a set of frogg toggs and go hunting. Beats sitting in the camper !!

eman 12-05-2011 09:25 AM

Be on the stand when it stops!

jchief 12-05-2011 10:17 AM

Jordan, I have some Toggs. Don't like em. Get wet with them. I would like to be at work. ;-)

Bob, we definitely plan on that. Friend that is with me found some good BIG buck sign. We will be in the area.

Micah 12-05-2011 10:30 AM

Good luck Jude!!!

Montauk17 12-05-2011 10:51 AM

Good luck bro....they moved good yesterday after the rain stopped. I missed a big nanny not 5 mins after the rain quit.

bjhooper82 12-05-2011 12:09 PM

I hate sitting in the rain also. Good luck

weedeater 12-05-2011 01:34 PM

I love to hunt any time I can but Market Basket has way to much meat for me to sit in the pouring rain;)

1fastmerc 12-05-2011 01:44 PM

cricket 12-05-2011 05:25 PM

We went opening weekend and thanksgiving weekend. We ended up with 1 six pointer, 1 eight pointer, a spike and three does plus five hogs. I love that place. Thinking of going up there this weekend if I can find someone to go with.
