I bought some timberland shoes at academy last weekend. $49 wih white sole blue fabric top that will drain water. So far so good.

When I'm not barefoot, I wear the Lands End water shoe:

Also wear these in the surf

FF_T_Warren 05-02-2012 10:07 AM

I use either crocs or vibram fivefingers. I love both and both work great

mriguy 05-02-2012 10:25 AM

Shimano Evair boat shoes or sandals

Asterisk-Rich 05-02-2012 10:41 AM

I stay bare foot

Big Kahunaz 05-02-2012 10:54 AM

just ordered a pair of these hoping they'll be good & comfy for the boat. I know all their footware is as comfortable as it gets especially those of us who need good arch support. & cushioned stability. Olukai maliko:

You must be very secure in your masculinity to post those shoes......

Big Kahunaz 05-02-2012 01:11 PM

I've busted my azz and bent the hell outta some toesfrom my foot sweating in crocs. I usually end up barefoot anyhow

Got mine online at Shimano.tackledirect.com
Very comfortable, I wear them practically everyday.

jldsc 05-02-2012 05:48 PM

Does anyone know if they are available locally to be able to try them on??

jdm4x43732 05-02-2012 09:19 PM

My vibram five fingers are nice but smell like wolf azz if worn without socks.

Bought my pair at a tackle shop in Florida. Have not seen any around here.

Boat shoes

Take a look at Keen H2's--they have some at Academy. Good cushion for your heel, decent arch support, dries quickly, will not mark the deck of your boat.

fullrutt 05-03-2012 06:16 AM

Crocs tideline.... Crocs also make two other fishing/boat shoes that I have and love as well...

Raymond 05-03-2012 08:26 AM

Keens are my choice, hippy shoes but comfy and don't stank

Coppertone 05-03-2012 09:01 AM

I can't believe crocs where only mentioned one time...

SULPHITE 05-03-2012 11:08 AM
