mequain 06-02-2013 05:19 PM

Rat shot, wont kill them but will keep them from coming back. Or you could just call the pound like Top Dawg mentioned.

fishinpox 06-02-2013 05:52 PM

Hey salty u get my Pm's???

Raymond 06-02-2013 06:04 PM

It's not the dogs fault so killing or hurting them really doesn't solve the problem of idiot owners. Catch them in the morning with treats if needed and call the dog popo. If they have collars call the owners and inform them of what you did so they can bail their dogs out of the pokey. You will be met with resistance but Do Not loose your temper. Ask them if you pissed on their plants every morning if they would call the popo.

Might also fix said dog/dogs a snack; ham roll up with a generous portion of cayenne pepper in the middle. Dogs are place conscientious and remember where bad things happened. They eat the roll up and $hit Roman candles all day long, pissing won't enter their minds when they pass that bush again. Please forward $1,000 salty cash to my account for this jewel of advise.

Electric fence wrapped the wire around the tree turn it on low. That'll get their attention. It worked for me. My neighbors dog would pee on my wife's roses. I ran the wire cose to the bushes and turned it on. That dog crosses the road when he comes by my house now.

Ground up moth balls is worth a try, the smell will keep them away. It worked for me once.

I'll one up ya. My co-worker came up with the 7-pot primo. Look it up. Last batch he tested was around 1.4 million scoville. I can get some powder if you want. For human consumption of course. Lol

jlsch1 06-02-2013 09:07 PM

They use to make a spray that you can get at Home Depot, Lowes, etc in the garden center dept. Not sure what is in it but spray it on the area you don't want the dogs to be in and they seem to avoid this stuff. Next thing the Cayenne Pepper sprinkled over the area keeps them out.

fishinpox 06-03-2013 12:25 AM

Not sensitive... Just stating that was a dumb azz comment ...typical "yea brah just shoot that dog"..... That would go over like a turd in a punch bowl in my neighborhood

moe1967 06-03-2013 05:14 AM

Bayer Aspirin (or 2) in a winnie.

Won't be your problem any longer

Find out where the owner lives and send them a bill from a landscape company for the replacement of said bushes, they'll cross the street with their little pooch next time they come strolling down your street.

Duck Butter 06-03-2013 05:11 PM

Talk to them face to face for sure, they may not even know that their dog is doing it, or may not know it is actually harming your plants

we have a HOA facebook page and its comical at times:rotfl: Everyone gets on there and gripes about their neighbors online but they never tell the neighbors in person:confused: My neighbor always complains about the neighbors to the side of him parking his work truck on the grass, but he will not say anything to them in person which would likely clear it all up.

bluewing 06-03-2013 05:24 PM

go to petsmart or there website, they have some stuff that keeps dogs away from an area

I wish I knew who's dog it was, I would like to talk to em...might have to aim a camera toward it

jf522 06-03-2013 10:09 PM

You piss on the dog. I don't know if it will keep him away but I'm sure you will feel better.

speck-chaser 06-03-2013 10:59 PM

I forgot to ask you if you wanted the anti-dog piss bushes. Danggit!! my bad..

Dink 06-03-2013 11:18 PM

Thwre is a fern. I forfet the name. That is actuallly realy poisonous to dogs. But they love the smell of the flower. Itll put a dog down in no time and is pretty to look at.

Dink 06-03-2013 11:19 PM

Saigo palm! I remembered!

My dog chews mine up in my back yard all the time and she's fine. I've herd it's the seeds that are actually positions.

Yep, this is what I figured my dog got into a few months back. I started a thread about dog seizures
