I'm in the market for some new tires for my 2011 F-150 4X4. What tires are yall running and what are some good choices??

Toyo, Open Country !!.. Way quieter than Nitto Trail Grapplers.

x2 the mileage you get out of them is crazy! Im on my second set. Go see Jude at Acadiana Rim Repair in Lafayette and tell I sent you. He'll do you a good price.

X2 on nitto grappler. I had them on my f150. Now I have them on my f250. Great tire for the road and the camp.

Nitto trail grapplers here too. I have them on a Z71 and love them. They are a little noisy but I actually like the hum. They ride very good also. I know people getting 50k + out of them.
|
Toyo open country on my f150. I have almost 60k on mine. Don't gets wrongs crew calls them "may pops" now but they have been a great tire. Leblanc tire in Jennings is the cheapest but everyone is on at least a 30 day back order. Trust me, I've called almost every dealership around.

Toyo actually makes Nitto so they're relatively the same tire. The tread life is suppose to be near the same. Only difference I have heard is the noise factor with the Nitto's. I made it 50k miles on my last set of toyo M/T's. I'm working on 30k on this set and still have close to 50% left. Never had a mud tire last like these.

[QUOTE=MarshRat89;640263]Dem thangs be high. Price difference compared to the 18's is like $400 I think. I got dem dubs too. $1400 is a lick for some tires.

I don't know if you're looking for a true mud grip but the BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO is a jam up tire... I had a friend that had a set on his 3/4 Ton Ford for about 80,000 miles so I put a set on my GMC... They've been going strong for about 65,000 miles... I think I could get another 15,000 out of em.... Had I rotated them a little more frequently instead of being a procrastinator I think I could have gotten 100,000 out of em.

I just ordered some 34" Nitto trail grapplers this morning when I got to work
