2014 Saltycajun Tournament
 

The tournament is coming on fast. July 19 will be upon us quick.

We are getting sponsors lined up and working on donations.

It is setup in the SC store where you can pay now. Please do so as soon as you can.

This year The Little Angels Foundation in Gonzales is the recipient of the proceeds raised. This is a great charity.

Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Not sure if I will be fishing, but I will register.

The store has the option to buy extra shirts, picked up or delivered.

Okay, we are about 6 weeks out and only have about 25 entries and we have to order shirts. If you plan on entering later, please let us know so we can get enough shirts.

Also, do I need to setup something to collect money Friday afternoon? We are not having a captains meeting, but if I need to I will set up something so you can enter.

I would Jude...you know there is always gonna be guys that wont know till the last minute if they can make it....And no captains meeting this year?

No on the captains meeting. Only have a few show up for it. I don't mind setting up something to give out shirts, sale raffle tickets and give out shirts. Let me see what I can do.

Any auction stuff day of tournament or no? just weigh in, announcements as usual...then online auction?

"The loss of a child is unarguably the most tragic and devastating time for any family. Our goal is to be there for these families, when and where God allows. Being an unfunded non-profit, that is not always possible. We struggle every day to keep the lights on and have materials on hand. We never want to turn down any family, but without wood or any way to get materials, and with Bobby being our only craftsman, sometimes we have no choice. We would like to be funded enough and outsource each casket size in order to keep our shelves stocked. Unfortunately, we are just not there yet. It breaks our hearts every time we are unable to provide for a family; sadly this is out of our control. But we serve an awesome God! We know that we will see our vision come to pass.
