SaltyCajun Bass tourney Cont.
 

After talking to JChief, who is at Toledo now, he said that any state park is out of the picture due to the fact that a 1,000,000 dollar umbrella policy (not a typo 1 million dollar) is required to have a tourney for liability reasons. This is set by the Sabine River Authority. However Pirates Cove and Big Bass do not require this and said that us doing our thing there was not a problem that we just need to let them know a date. JChief said that Pirates Cove has a larger parking lot but Big Bass has more lodging so after talking to huntin fool we need to decide on a place so we can start booking places.

i'm down with where ever......did yall decide on a date yet?

If its June 5th, count me in.

I've been to Big bass once, pretty fun, and the pool is nice during the summer.

I'll fish. It doesn't have to labled a tourney, just a fun get together with a friendly
pot to help with the competition. How many have shown interest.

havent counted yet but looking like about 10 to 15 boats so far, we need to pick a place though so those that need to book cabins can do

I'm gonna do my best to make it. The daughters sweet 16 is around that time and I'm trying to get it planned a couple weeks before the 12th.

Alright. thats the 125 a night one if so thats like $31 per person a night. Sounds like a plan.

thats a big 10-4 so be like 62.50 for the weekend per person unless they do the 6$ per person after 2 then itd be like 70 so

We have RV reservations at Cypress Bend the weekend of the 12th. May look at joining in the friendly fishing with you fella's over at Big Bass.

Just so i know, is this for anyone to fish, like if i wanted to invite a buddy who has a boat that i'm going to fish with.

i wouldnt see why not but I'll let others chime in on their opinions, this was just thrown out to be a fun get together that involved competitive bass fishing at the most, like fool said a dog fight if you will

better yet get your buddy to join the site anyways:grinpimp:

Been trying, he just does not have the internet at home but i will just get him to come over here and join......trust me i have been trying to get a few people to join.
