South Crowley stiffed bells and Asian wings

My mom sent some deer, pork, rice and cheese stuffed bells home along with some corn salad made with white corn, a little mayo, pablano and a touch f crawfish boil - corn salad at was cooled and served. She also sent some garlic bread covered in kalamata olive, cheese and mushroom.
Wings were marinated in Vietnamese chili sauce, steens syrup, rice vinegar, evoo, kaffir lime leaves chopped, chicken billion, minced shallots. Once they cook for 30-40 minutes, I took the peppers off and pumped the heat to the smokey. Glazed the wings with some leftover marinade and carmelized them on the smokey.
