Friday Night Sliders
[font size="5"]Friday Night Sliders[/font] Got home and went straight to the patio to light the Keg and get some fresh lump charcoal going. While the grill heated up I sliced up two onions and put that to cook down with a lil butter, black pepper and worcestershire sauce. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...e/DSC03025.jpg Made a bunch of slider sized burgers and put those on the grill to cook hot and fast. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...e/DSC03022.jpg Also put some fries in the oven to cook so I didn't have to make a mess with the fryer and fixed myself a couple of delicious sliders and a big 'ol glass of sweet tea. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...e/DSC03026.jpg |

That looks awesome man. A cold beer and a good movie and you're set for the evening. Nothing beats sauteed onion.
