The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Friday Night Sliders

Friday Night Sliders
Got home and went straight to the patio to light the Keg and get some fresh lump charcoal going.

While the grill heated up I sliced up two onions and put that to cook down with a lil butter, black pepper and worcestershire sauce.

Made a bunch of slider sized burgers and put those on the grill to cook hot and fast.

Also put some fries in the oven to cook so I didn't have to make a mess with the fryer and fixed myself a couple of delicious sliders and a big 'ol glass of sweet tea.
