3lbs of fresh ground beef. Dont skimp on the fat if ya want a good patty. 20/25% is what I like. Its also a lil cheaper :). Salt, pepper, greek seasoning, worshtorshire, and finely diced onion. Patties worked out to be 8.5ozs each. Sliced bacon and a thick slice of pepper jack cheese

Oven fried basil, parsley, orargeno fries with just a dab of butter. A 1/4 lb is a dab right?lol. Bake at 425 till they are done then broil em until they brown to your liking.

I'm gaining weight jusy reading these posts.

You can put bacon and pepper jack cheese on styrofoam and I would eat it! O and I believe a 1/4 lb of butter would be considered a dollop! :rotfl:
