To most of us the information in that article is common knowledge & will help keep the rookies off the really good holes. For the most part, we are trout fisherman. To me, reds come a dime a dozen. I aim to start sight fishing for reds alot more this year. This is pretty challenging & quite rewarding as well for me personally.
I respect everyones opinion on sharing information. To each his own i guess. I have made alot of friends on this site. Occasionally there is some good information posted on a hotspot but you can't expect everyone to post their favorite spot because it will be flooded with a bunch of boats full of guys with no manners & no clue what to do when they get there. |
That little write up on the weirs don't really matter,everyone knows about the weirs. What LAngler is talking about is in the feb mag. Capt Poe wrote it and it gives away ALOT of info on when,where,and how. I don't understand why a guide that makes a living fishing would go into so much detail. LAS must have gave him a nice check to give it up.
