We fished Big Lake on SAT.....3 of us. We started out at the weirs at Grand and the water was very dirty. We left and went to Lamberts and caught our limit on the 4" Gulp shrimp (new penny). Funny thing was, they had a few boats using dead shrimp and they were mostly catching nothing but drum (small ones). By the time we left, the boats were stacked up. Afterwards we look for some trout and ended up with zero. We only fished for about 1 hour. Decided to call it day and headed back in. It was nice just being back on the water.
